No Cocktail Hour this Week

Dear Lost Souls,
There will be no Cocktail Hour this week as I will be down in La La Land. However, I will be participating in Haberdashery related business in Long Beach. Be assured that a glass will be hoisted in your names. I ask you to do the same.

As always, I invite one of you to host in my place. You have the com.

Yours,
Greg

Boo! - Come As You Are

Dear Lost Souls,
Don't be afraid! Cocktail Hour is on for this week. Sandwiched between Halloween Night and the big party at Project 9, Cocktail Hour will be the perfect pause or prelude to your weekend. There is a Burning Man event on Friday Night as well (in West Berkeley) so we may use Cocktail Hour as springboard . . . we'll see . . . mystery . . . I am already scared. Hopefully Billy will teach us the secret hand shake and we'll be on our way! Costumes are definitely optional and alter egos are welcome. Please feel free to stop by for a quickie en route to your chosen Halloween event for the evening or to linger and see where evolution takes us. Be sure to mark your calendar for Saturday night at Project 9 in West Berkeley. It promises to be a . . . bright spot in your year. Here is the link again for Saturday Night:
let me know if you have any problems with the link.
 Yours,
 Greg

No Cocktail Hour this Week

Dear Lost Souls,
There will be no Cocktail Hour at 2107 Hearst this week. Mournful sighs. If somebody wants to step up, please do. I am taking a week off because I got a better offer to go party in the Big City. Guess I'll have to put on a pair a 'dem shoes.
Later!
Greg

BADAS

Dear Lost Souls,
Cocktail Hour is on for this Friday Night. The Neanderthal size Weber has been carefully tested and primed for your use. Rosy coals will be eagerly awaiting your sacred offerings. Sweet Baby Ray will also be joining us to lay hands on some ribs and get the ceremony started. Our special guest for the roast will be Doctor McAndy, who will be visiting from UCLA to discuss Bay Area Departure Anxiety Syndrome (or BADAS). Please join us to mock him mercilessly. Your presence will be our honor.

As always, you are encouraged to stop by for a quickie on route to your Friday night venue of choice . . . or to linger indefinitely. In other news I have received the Evite for the big Halloween Party at Project 9 in west Berkeley on November 2nd. Paul and Tom have asked to pass it on to our merry band. A number of you attended last year, as did I, and I highly recommend it.

Yours,
Greg

CAYA; Our Merry Band

Dear Lost Souls,
Cocktail Hour is on for tonight. Thank you all for your response last week and your continued dedication our ragged band of merry makers. Your presence is always an honor. As always, please feel free to stop by for a quickie on route to your chosen venue for the night, or to linger indefinitely. Please mark you calendar for next Friday since one of our prodigal sons, Andy, will be holding court at the Haberdashery. I think that he is bringing some of his psychologist friends with him, so it should be a real hoot! We will have some appropriate charring event to celebrate his visit.

Yours,
Greg

Spam Check

Dear Lost Souls,
Cocktail hour is on for this evening. Please join us at 2107 Hearst Avenue for some pause and refreshment starting at 7:30pm tonight. We are always happy to have you stop in for a visit on your way to your chosen Friday night venue.

Spam Check Time: Also, as part of our continuing desire to not become a source of email SPAM, we ask that you simply hit reply (no message necessary) in order to stay on the weekly email list. If I do not receive a reply from you, I will take you off of the weekly list . . . which does NOT mean that you are not still welcome to join us on Fridays. It just means that you will not receive notices about special events or missed weeks. In general, if the lights are on at the Haberdashery, all are welcome.

As always, please feel free to stop by for a quickie, or to linger indefinitely.

Yours,
Greg
