Dear Lost Souls,

We stand at the dawn of a new era, washed clean of the myriad of passing sins that were born of the shortsightedness and folly that characterized the misguided judgements and poor decisions we made during 2014. Now, reborn in the fresh light of January optimism, we are invited to set a shining new course of excellence and virtue, free of every vice, immune to every temptation, and above all behaviors that so soiled the moral fabric of our souls over the last 12 months. On this, the second evening of our expansive new moral and temporal horizon, we Haberdites gather to celebrate what will surely be the purest, finest, and most exalted year in our oh-so brief passage across the terrestrial bridge of our ephemeral humanity.

Are you still with me? . . . Alternatively, we invite you come abandon those resolutions that you have not yet actually broken in the first 24 hours of 2015, kick up your heals, and enjoy one of our handcrafted cocktails . . . prepared by one of the Haberdashery's own highly trained Alchemical Savants . . . and mixed from the rare and delicate elixirs of vernacular vice and virtue that spring naturally forth from the innate spirit of your true self. Once again, the gods have delivered upon the Haberdashery an embarrassment of riches . . . in the form of a 3/4 full keg of outstanding Drakes 1500 Beer . . . as well as pizzas from Passione Pizza. Wednesday was the Prototyping the Future Conference and Expo, which received an overwhelmingly positive reception . . . and from which these surplus resources have remained. In the spirit of conservation, sharing, and reallocation, we will be capitalizing on this opportunity by having a volunteer and speaker appreciation party . . . so there should be some very interesting characters in attendance . . . we shall see!
