Scientists
have now confirmed a shadow of a doubt that the Thursday night* theory is valid and, as a result, should be adopted
as a general part of Haberdashery policy. To minimize the potential of a
cataclysmic temporal rift, Friday will now be starting on Thursday. This means
that Thursday will be moving to Wednesday. Accordingly, Wednesday has been
canceled due to lack of interest. Confused? Fear not, for . . .

Yes, my Thirsty Timetravelers, Cocktail Hour is on for this Friday evening. As
a special treat we will be meeting at Bill McNally's on College Avenue in
Rockridge (5352 College Ave, near the Rockridge Library) on Thursday evening to
celebrate the impending revelry of the weekend. The international recording
star, Bix Wier, will be performing; surrounded by the murky charm of the East
Bay's first post-prohibition bar. And a fine one it is!! Come experience
history while you hoist some of the Bay Area's finest Guinness. Of course, our
weekly constitution of Friday Night Cocktail Hour will still continue as usual.
Cocktails will be served at 7:30pm, when the Haberdashery's Cabana Boys will be
on hand to shake up a beverage of your choosing. We offer you electric
sunshine, eclectic company and exceptionally low expectations. As always please
feel free to stop by for a quickie en route to your chosen Friday venue . . .
