As the national dialogue spirals out of control and our news cycles continue to be dominated by divisive politics, culture wars, and escalating violence, there sometimes seems no place to turn for relief. So, let us turn inward ... at least for an evening ... and take a break from the caustic rhetoric to spend some simple time in easy fellowship and merry making with our fellow Haberdites. So, Come As You Are, invite a loved one, bring an instrument, leave your frustration at the bottom of the stoop, and come experience a bit of repose; Haberdashery style. Let love reign.

Indian Summer can be a confusing and difficult time for Solar Empathsand Haberditesalike ... as the days shorten and Summer inevitably gives up the ghost to Autumn's spartan reign.

But fear not! The Haberdasherywill not let this midterm transition distract us from our weekly constitution ... providing a safe harbor for you to find shelter from the cold, warm yourself with one of our custom crafted cocktails, and share some fellowship under CAYA's eclectic wishing stars, languishing in the comforting shade of low expectations.

Dear Lost Souls,

Even in this challenging times with a temporarily vacant seat on the bench of the Supreme Court of the Haberdashery, as one of our Cabaña Boys travels halfway through the world for family shenanigans, you know you can (almost) certainly count on your weekly celebration of silliness. And while we expect for this seat to be filled  again tomorrow, we will strive tirelessly to make your Friday evening the most enjoyable possible.

This week we will celebrate the exclusivity of our privileged clique that gathers weekly under the protecting roof of the Haberdashery, with a coded message that only the initiated will be able to crack. Like a devil’s triangle can become under oath a quarters game with 3 glasses, don’t be surprised if the message doesn’t make any sense to you. But here’s what you can expect tonight:
