Dear Lost Souls,

In this scariest of seasons, we are hounded by the dark forces that linger in the nebulous ether between reality and fantasy ... endlessly taunted by the witches, goblins, and gremlins, that thrive in this atmosphere of duplicity, fueled by the noxious fear and hate that threatens to engulf us all. But once again, The Haberdashery offers you a moment of repose with our weekly communion of easy fellowship and simple repose. Come find a new friend, sing a new song, and (at least for an evening) relegate the toxicity of election season to the cold darkness beyond our hallowed walls, while we warm our hearts in the company of more gentle muses.

Yes, my Serene Spirits, Cocktail Hour is on for this evening. Cocktails will be served at 7:30pm. Please feel free to swing by for a quickie en route to your evening's primary haunting, or to linger indefinitely ... or at least until Tuesday.

Boo! - A Campaign of Fear

Dear Lost Souls,



'Tis the season of zombies, witches and goblins, the living dead, and ancient monsters who haunt our waking dreams. They appear everywhere, howling incoherently, and impossible to silence . . . making us fear for our lives, the lives of our children, and the future of the civilized world ... threatening to chase our friends and families from their homes (and even out of the country), to take away affordable healthcare, basic human services, education support, and our constitutional right to privacy. What's more, they seek to extend this diabolical agenda to other nations and peoples who are innocent, and defenseless against their ghoulish onslaught.

 . . . Oh, and it's Halloween too.

Oh yes, my Partisan Partygoers, Cocktail Hour is on for this Friday evening. Cocktails will be served by our not-so-fiendish alchemists starting at 7:30pm. As always, please feel free to wander by for a quickie en route to your primary Friday evening exorcism ... or to haunt us eternally.
