CAYA; The Equinox Comes to the Theatre of the Absurd!
Dear Lost Souls,
With another tireless swing of the celestial pendulum, we are once again witnesses to the delicate temporal balancing act of darkness and light . . . our indigo orb enjoying an ephemeral moment of fleeting equilibrium as it continues to spin wildly on an eccentric axis, and we hurtle headlong across the cosmos towards our collective destiny. And so, with another equinox, we are encouraged to clean out our karmic closets, purge our spirits of the clutter and excess baggage that we have accumulated over the course of the dark season, and plant the seeds of new beginnings that will provide us with a bountiful harvest of spiritual nourishment and serenity in the months to come. Just try not to watch the evening news for the next few months.
Yes, my Solar Sentinels, Cocktail Hour is on for the Friday evening! As always we will be strumming, humming, shaking, and stirring our way through another evening of strict experimentation, boundless low expectations, and wanton understatement. So, come sneak a peak behind the red velvet curtain of our own little Theatre of the Absurd . . . you know you're curious! CAYA; Get On Your Green
Dear Lost Souls,
St. Patrick's Day is upon us! Need we say more!??? Arr ya' daft?
Yes, my Celtic Compatriots, Cocktail Hour is on for the Friday evening! We will be featuring some Irish tunes . . . live and otherwise . . . along with our usual mix of good cheer and alchemical impressionism. So, get on your green and come celebrate the one day of the year when everybody's liver gets to experience the unbridled joy and tragic agony of being Irish! . . . sampling a few of Ireland's finer exports, and toasting the prospect of an Argentinian Pope! . . . have ya' heard the one about the Corned Beef Empanada?

CAYA; The Heralds of Spring; an End to the Filibuster!
Dear Lost Souls,
What final spasm of winter's tempests does Anemoi bring? With the ides of March upon us, and the karmic balance of the equinox on our temporal horizon, we can now risk a welcome sigh of relief, taking a moment to cherish the redolent waves of blossoming arboreal splendor. These sirens of Spring herald jubilantly the pageantry of new beginnings, and we are obliged to join the refrain in glad dance and good cheer, singing new symphonies of hope and regeneration to a world so often suffocated under the weight of the darker primal humors.
Yes, my Pagan Compatriots, Cocktail Hour is on for the Friday evening! Put an end to your five day filibuster of ephemeral toils, leave your cares at the top of the stairs, and come join us under the haberdashery's constellation of eclectic wishing stars for another evening of low expectations, quality fellowship, casual live music, and alchemical musings.
