Dear Lost Souls,
Capitalizing
on his somewhat limited Irish heritage, but buoyed by boundless
aspirations, this weekend our loyal friend and consummate Haberdite, Dr.
Andy Levine, will be channeling his best St. Patrick; leaving the Bay
Area with the snakes, and riding off into the southern California sunset
on a Chinese horse with no name. Despite the desperate pleadings of the
Haberdashery Executive Board, Dr. Levine has decided to take his
FfffhD and lead a perilous mission down to LA LA land. Down and out in
that cultural wilderness, he'll be planting the Haberdashery banner
under some polyethylene palm tree, carrying our message of unbridled
mediocrity to the muddled masses . . . who will no doubt be shaken and
stirred by his refreshing message of new libations. Far be it from any
of us to judge . . . but let's do it anyway! Put 20 seconds on the
clock:- He'll be dying his hair blond so that in SOCAL . . . oh wait, never mind;
- He's leaving all his books here . . . 'cause readin' ain't so popular down there;
- Mickey Rourke called . . . he wants his attitude back;
- As a psychologist there just wasn't enough work in NORCAL; . . . budumbum!
- . . . (please come prepared to give the Doctor an appropriate hard time!)
