Dear Lost Souls,
At 28 days and counting, there seems to be no end in sight to the federal government shutdown. Ever cognizant of and responsive to current events, The Haberdashery is pleased to honor, and offer our federally employed Haberdites our specially formulated "Shutdown Cocktail" ... a powerful and surprising kick of bittersweetness that is sure to knock you a bit off balance, with an orange aftertaste that lingers ... with an optional purging chaser that eliminates the after taste; we call it "The Mueller".
Yes, my Fearsome Federalists, Cocktail Hour is on for this Friday evening! Join us as we not-so-diligently solve the problems of the world and debate the finer absurdities of the evening's whimsy. Cocktails will be served at 7:30pm. Please feel free to scamper on by for a quickie en route to your evening's extended furlough or to linger indefinitely!
